Tomato Time

I just checked my tomato crop and I already have a baby tomato on the vine. Now all I have to do is water it and watch it grow. I think I am a successful tomato farmer. I'll just sit here and wait for it to get ripe.

Jim was so jealous of your tomato until he read it was not ripe yet, LOL. We have a small one too, that is one on like 10 plants, one tomato! We will have a salad to feed kings or maybe not.

I had a disaster with a tomato plant last year that grew like crazy, but never went beyond the flower stage. Home grown tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes whereas the factory farm stuff they sell at the supermarket has no flavor at all.

Stephanie, do I ever agree with that. I found some a couple weeks ago that were field grown from Calif. They were delicious !!

You can check with Google, they can solve most anything.
I will check with the head gardener at our house. He has around 40 tomato plants.
