Remembering

I remember my mom saying when they would move into a new place it would be so nice because at that time they would weed out the excess accumulation and the house would not be cluttered at all. How nice, but it would only last until you went shopping a few times. Every time we go shopping we bring home something, but we never throw out something. It all adds up to clutter.
I wonder if the richer you are the more clutter you have. Heaven help you if you are wealthy and live in the same house forever.
Little knickknack gadgets are cute but totally worthless. I have a couple shoe boxes full of them and I can't seem to throw or give them away. I have an idea. Maybe when I die they can stuff them around me and I can take them with me.
Just kidding!!! in case anyone should think I'm serious.
I'm waiting for family to arrive from out of town. I will get to meet my newest Great granddaughter.
It's a beautiful day.
This is all for now. Maybe I can find a picture or two.

Jibber Jabber

The compression socks are helping a lot. My legs are not hurting and no pain killer needed. I didn't know the answer could be so simple. They are hard to put on.
For Mother's day, I received a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure. I have had manicures, but never a pedicure. That will happen Wednesday. I am as excited as a teenager. It doesn't take much.
I want to move into an apartment and let the landlord worry about outside maintenance, but I ran into a problem. I can't sell this one until something else is taken care of. Alway have problems with whatever I try to do.
This is a picture of my Great granddaughter. She is two weeks old and her name is Natalie.

Memories

Things change as the years go by. Today while shopping I asked the youthful looking clerk if they had support hose.  She looked at me like I just got off the banana boat, then she turned and started talking to a closed door. She asked the closed door if they have support hose. Then the closed door answered back and said they do not, but they have compression socks. Well, Duh! maybe that's what they call them today, do you have compression socks?
Yes, we have compression socks. I bought the compression socks and they do help.
I added a few pictures of the earlier days.

My parents and siblings except for Ray.

Happy Dreams

It's the same old rut with me. Just me and my cat.
I'm having another sleep study. That isn't anything new. If they ever get my sleep studied enough maybe I will sleep with a mask on. OH! I can hardly wait. They claim one will sleep deeper and not wake up so often. They can't just give me some sleeping meds because I might get addicted. They also have pain meds for people with pain, but we can't take it because we get addicted to it. If you need it you need it why does it matter if you're addicted.
The Dr thought I would probably wait until June for the study. When I went to the scheduling desk the lady said they just had a cancellation so tomorrow night is available. I took it. Get this over with!
They gave me a sleeping pill so I will be sure and sleep enough so they can decide what to do.  So I had to go to the pharmacy to buy one pill.
 Happy Dreams!
