This is getting ridiculous. Last week the paper arrived at 6 AM two times and the rest of the days it was nearly 6:30 and Sunday it was almost 8 AM before it came. I called again to complain. She said they would deliver one right away. It is nearly 8 and it has not arrived yet. The paper office should make a deal with the Garbage dept to deliver the paper. They could deliver the paper since they get here long before the paper carrier does.
