Never Ending Problems

For starters, my Robot Vacuum went on a sitdown strike. I spent more effort, sweat, and tears over trying to make it work than vacuuming it with the old fashioned vacuum cleaner.
I finally had to call my mechanic. His name is Kenny, my firstborn.  A feature on my Dish network decided not to work anymore. I can live without that particular feature working, but it's the principle of the matter. If I'm going to pay full price for it, it better work right. So he came over and spent a little time with the robot vac and finally it worked and then he had as much trouble as I did trying to figure out how to set a setting. Yes, set a setting. The remote has a button you hold down and tell the TV what you want to watch or what channel number or network. It wouldn't work anymore. Heaven forbid! if I should have to press the number 29 to choose CBS. When he decides to do something he won't give up until it happens. I wonder where he got that gene from.
Now, I'm in despair again, I forgot to tell him about the plumbing problem. When I take a shower the water will only go in the tub the pressure will not send the water up to the showerhead.
Now, I'm ready to throw in the towel. And I haven't even had my shower yet.

Live and Itch

I called the television company that I get my service from to cancel their service. After pressing this and pressing that for twenty minutes, I was finally able to talk to a real human being.  I told her I would like to cancel the TV service.
Oh, my goodness you would have thought I was making an appointment to get horn implants.

She wanted to know what I didn't like about it. I told her the cost is the main thing I don't like about it and now you're adding another price increase to it. I asked her why it should be more because I can't see that anything has been added to it. Oh, but you were on a special contract and that ran out in June. Yes, I know the contract is over and I want to cancel because now you've raised the price again.
We hem hawed and hem hawed most of the morning, but I came out on top.  I am going to be paying twenty dollars less. Unless I missed something.

Now, it seems the lovely Shingles have returned. They are not making me sick as the last time. I guess this is just what shingles do. I went to the hospital and they got me out of there in about 30 minutes. They flare up and cause a great deal of pain around the left side to the spine. They gave me medicine and finally today I feel better but the itch continues. Now my left leg is itching like crazy. Why do I have this itch.

Life is Full of Surprises

Everything is coming up roses and Boom! everything changes.
Stay home or your life may be in danger. Wear a mask if you go out. The world goes on, babies are still being born and I said all that to say this I have a new great-grandson, Joshua Dez Johnson is his name. He has a big sister, Natalia and she takes good care of him.

Terry, the happy daddy.
