Why Don't We Wait and See

I had to wait so long for help with the shoulder pain it healed on its own. Why do we have doctor's and insurance? What a waste of time and money, but they rule the roost. Now I have developed a horrifying itch on my shins mainly and around my waist. I thought the Shingles had returned, but not the case. The doctor prescribed itching medicine, but the insurance won't approve it until they get more info from the doctor. This happened on a Friday so the game plan is I will need to wait until Monday or Tuesday, I am in grrr mode.
I wanted to get a Shingles injection to prevent getting it, but Safeway is out of the medicine so I will need to wait for them to get more. Maybe I could go drug shopping and find another pharmacy, but I how do I know who has it and who doesn't, but the sun is shinning and I am in a much better mood. Except for a cat that thinks my lap was made for her to sit on. I'm going to put that cat on the market one of these days.
The wind is blowing and I can live with that. In fact I happen to love wind if I can stay inside and listen to it.

I once was able to go for walks and take pictures.

I miss Randal Park
No car and no walking legs
